Really incredible deep clean of my room and bathroom 🌟 Ibby and Manisha were really diligent and professional, and really took their time to get my carpets and desk chair cleaned too. Room smells wonderful, and actually looks better than the day I moved in. The team arrived early and with all of the cleaning supplies they would need. Adam was very helpful in coordinating with me and the cleaning team, and really streamlined the process for me. I would absolutely recommend the team at Home Shine Services :) 💯

Awful, we booked the “moving out service” - me and my mum were out all day so trusted them to come into our home to clean before we moved out a couple days later. Once we got back so much was missed to the point we then had to clean it all again. I bought this up to the company who kept pushing for pictures, however as we were in such a rush to get it done I had not taken any, luckily it was in such a state that there were areas I could take some photos of just to show a glimpse of how bad it was, considering they were there from 8:30-5 I expected a lot to have been done. Company then agreed to a part refund within 5 days, this was over a month ago, still nothing and still no response to any of our calls or messages. Would not recommend. I am now being charged by the estate agent a £200 fee for not having it professionally cleaned even though we had but they did such a bad job.

Had end of tenure cleaning with Home Shine Services. Easy process to book, communication via email was responded quickly. Cleaner did a good job with the cleaning. Hidden areas, for example in between tiles in the bathroom were properly cleaned. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps advising the estimated arrival time of the cleaner in the initial booking email.

I waited a bit before posting this, read the other reviews and took the time for the company to fix their mistakes. Unfortunately the experience I had was no where near decent, the cleaning was superficial and the price was extortionate for the amount of work done. The attitude I had was disappointing and definitely not how a customer should be treated. They don’t seem to be taking constructive criticism well (even when it was fair and documented). I’m glad other people were happy with the service, but I personally don’t recommend it. Unfortunate as I thought the reviews could be trusted.

We had been given a very detailed brief from our letting agency for a full end-of-tenancy clean before moving out of our student house, and Home Shine Services could not have made the process easier. Booking and arranging everything with Adam was straightforward and stress-free. On the day, Jibrin and Hanna went above and beyond with the cleaning. They were also really considerate and accommodating, as not all of our housemates had moved their belongings out yet, and they worked around that without any issues. I was especially impressed that they managed to remove tough stains from the hob that I didn’t think could come out! Ibby’s work on the carpets was also outstanding – they looked immaculate afterwards. On top of the excellent service, the price was very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, the team made what could have been a stressful process really simple, and the results exceeded expectations. I’d highly recommend Home Shine Services to anyone looking for a thorough, professional, and reasonably priced clean.

The service is excellent. Carpets were heavily stained and dirty in paces, they looked almost new when the team had finished. The cooker was amazing. It had not been fully cleaned since installing it 6 years ago, it was gleaming by the time they had finished cleaning. Overall it was well worth the money so the new owners could enter an enjoy their new home.

From the initial quote to the on-site work, the team was incredibly helpful. What started off as a tough and slightly frustrating moving experience—from London to Cardiff, made harder by a few amateur people—was lifted by the energy and professionalism of this team. Ibby, Hannah, and Jibrel did a fantastic job. They were cheerful, positive, and hardworking throughout the entire day. Thanks to their amazing effort, the house finally felt like a livable, breathable space again. After a last minute cancellation, we were stuck for a clean of a whole house. At a few hours’ notice, Home Shine stepped in. They came when they said they would, immediately agreed to extra work we found out we needed, and then told us when they found things that weren’t as we’d thought and needed another person. They were fast, thorough, and left the house better than it was when it was first bought. Magnificently clean in all areas, even steam cleaning the carpets…!
