I came to Velvet Chase as a tenant after my previous flat fell through at the last moment, as a joint venture with another agency. together they found and arranged a very high-quality flat in the Roath area and I am very pleased with it all. service has been wonderful with both Mr Ahmed and Tia are both polite and genuine, it has been a very refreshing experience with a letting agency given some of the issues I have had elsewhere. Fully recommended.

Velvet chase is a reliable and efficient Lettings company. Mr Ahmed helped us to rent an amazing and grand new apartment from Hong Kong in advance so that we can move to UK smoothly. No matter what the problems happen such as boiler or water, once we reported that, they can respond very fast. The apartment I rent is convenient and cozy. I highly recommend it.

We just ended a 3.5 year tenancy with velvet chase and absolutely loved our first home. The flat we rented was kept so well with new furnishings and clear finishings and was in such a great location. We always had good interactions with the team who were very prompt at replying to emails and even quicker to fix issues. We had a number of issue with broken appliances that were fixed on the same day...and on 2 occasions we were given brand new stuff! Couldn't speak more highly of them- would recommend them to anyone looking for a lovely hope for a professional letting.
