Food is always fantastic when we visit. Service is amazing, staff are always friendly. Very fairly priced.

Some of the best customer service we’ve had in Cardiff. Friendly, helpful, and flexible. Felt like we were on holiday. Food is great and portions are huge. There were two of us and we had starters, mains, and a beer each, plus some extra meat for the dog and it was less than £40. Fantastic value for money. Dog friendly. Vegetarian options: Loads of good quality vegetarian options.

Clear 5*⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hellenic Food "eatery". Posh replaced by even better authentic food quality. Very good service by owner family originating from Athens. Rarely had a Zaziki that good. Meals ordered with bread will delight you taste buds. VERY fair prices for this quality of food. Btw No Pics from me this time. Food was just too good.😍 Disadvantages: NONE ...except if you search a place to park your car 😉 Parking: At dinnertime prepare for a Long Walk !

Worst takeaway we’ve ever had. Food was freezing cold and dry by the time it arrived and took 45 mins from ordering to be delivered. We ordered the chicken eatery, stuffed vine leaves and pitta with tzatziki to share and the portions were tiny! A few pieces of overcooked chicken each (see photos attached) and it cost us £22 altogether - our usual Greek takeaway from another restaurant costs us the same and we have about four times as much food, we can never normally finish it. We thought we would try somewhere more local this time but never again.

If you want fresh authentic Greek food, this is the place to come. The staff are brilliant and always go beyond. The service is good, prices are very reasonable and massive portion sizes. The owner is always on site, and most of the staff are family and friends, which makes the atmosphere friendly. The restaurant is well worth a visit....booking is a must at weekends as its very busy.

Hellenic Eatery clearly captures the Greek cuisine. We have been on a number of occasions and every time the whole experience, from warm, friendly service to highly delicious food gets better and better. The flavours are totally unique and beautifully prepared. May I recommend the best home made Mousakka you will ever taste. We enjoyed this restaurant very much. Super friendly staff. My wrap was sooooo tasty, and my son loves his chicken skewers. We will definitely be visiting in the next few weeks again.

We really wanted to have Lebanese food for dinner one night, but couldn't find a good place that was open. So we did the next best thing, went to a Greek restaurant. This place is REALLY BUSY. We were given a waiting time of 1 hour, so I would highly recommend you call before coming. The decor was basic but really cute and bright, in a homely way. The service was superb, the staff were really friendly, again in a homely way. The food was exceptional. We started with a Tyrokafteri, which was very cheesy and full of flavour. For mains we ordered a chicken wrap and a The Hellenic Eatery wrap. While the chicken wrap was food, the Hellenic wrap was superb. Overall if you want some great flavours and wholesome food, definately try out this place.
