One of the top scam agency . They never pays the deposit back. They always share the images of damages from the day of the house was built and charges all the tenants for the same. Please don't go for it. If you go for it make sure you click the photos of each and every elements of the house.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this place was not satisfactory. The promised amenities were either absent or in poor shape, and the cleaning was lacking. It was a poor choice for lodging because the environment as a whole was not entirely adequate. Because of my negative experience, I would not suggest this place to anyone.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with The Umbrella Homes and Codie in particular. Having worked closely with Codie over the past couple of months, it's clear that tenant welfare and experience is at the forefront of everything they do. Even during their busiest periods, Codie was always easy to contact, approachable and willing to help wherever possible. In the instances I wasn't able to contact Codie directly, the rest of the team were always on hand to make sure my questions were answered, or my call was returned in a reasonable time. Can't recommend Codie and the rest of the team at The Umbrella Homes enough, and look forward to working together more in 2024.

After struggling with other housing agents in the area, we were so grateful to find Codie and Ali who helped and explained the whole process to us.
