I wouldn't recommend getting a set of brakes fit and bled here. Left my bike for brakes to be fit as I wasn't 100% on how the cable was fed through the motor area. Was advised by staff that the motor would have to be removed to feed the internal cable so decided to leave it to the professionals. Went to collect the bike and it was returned with spongy brakes and at least 4" of excess cable. Took it home and gave it a once over to find missing spacers and screws in the battery holder area, a loose shifter, and of course, the spongey bakes. Took it back and they tried to deny there ever being spacers, but they did sort the missing spacers and screws but failed at the second attempt to bleed the brake. The following morning I spent 2 hours doing a job I had already paid them £120 to do

Really friendly shop - no judgement that I was clueless on how to fix my puncture, they had it fixed and me trained up with suitable kit to fix the next one myself in less than 15mins, and they didn't rip me off. Thankyou!!

Needed a new cable for rear derailleur on my hybrid. Brought the bike in at 2.45pm on Saturday, all done by 3.15pm. Great service and reasonably priced. Well done guys!

Thank you so much for fixing my chain and handlebar today, when you were already really busy, and my bike wasn't exactly an easy one to take apart. I am so grateful for your help, without which it would have been a really long walk home. I can't recommend your shop highly enough. Thank you again.

What a great shop! These guys are always happy, friendly and give good, solid advice on all things bike. Good stock levels for road and gravel bikes and mountain bike (e-bikes and normal.) You can also have a go on the gymnastic rings by the counter and if you are super lucky you may get to meet Frank the dog too:) I get my bikes serviced here and have also popped in for the odd puncture repair. Well done guys, been at the top for a long time in my book and the quality of service has never dropped🚴🏻‍♀️👍🏼

Best bike shop in Cardiff in my opinion. I’ve had several excellent repairs there and they always give good advice. They were able to repair a loose/worn cup around a bottom bracket in a carbon frame, when no other shop could do this. High-quality products available too.

**This review is not fake as stated by the owner below, I have receipts and emails to prove it. The guy is a bitter failed Olympian. Who was disqualified at his only appearance and it seems he holds some prejudices too.** Took a brand new bike there to be put together as I was having problems with the fork and head. So I thought I’ll take it to ‘professionals’. Couple of hours later got the bike back with dents and scratches all over the place some of the branded parts have been changed for generic ones. They refuse to accept responsibility, give any compensation or even a refund. They are either really incompetent or the damage was deliberate. Wish I read the reviews earlier because there seems to be a pattern with the negative reviews. I’m reporting them to trading standards. Bars aren’t even centred
