Been going here about two years on and off for phone, tablet, laptop. These people are pretty solid I'd say: fixed the charging port in my tablet so it was charging correctly, and just recently replaced the fuse and motherboard in my laptop so the screen turns on. Come in with as much information and confidence as you have, and they will know what to do and service it within a day, with reasonable prices.

I was left feeling very disappointed with the service received here. I took my son’s iPad here to get the screen replaced after it was cracked. The first time I went to collect it, it hadn’t been fixed properly. I was told that I hadn’t left the code for it to be checked, but I had (it was written down with my information). So a new digitiser had to be ordered. (There was a white one in store, but as the iPad was a black one I wanted to keep it the same as it’s always been.) The second time I went to pick it up, the fingerprint I.D. wasn’t working. I asked for help with this and was told that it was previously damaged when we brought it in and that there was no way to repair this. However, the screen damage was nowhere near the home button and it had been working just fine right up to taking it in. I asked to see the old digitiser but he wouldn’t go back and get it, saying it would take at least 30 minutes to find it because he has had so many black iPad repairs this week. We were told we could come back in tomorrow morning for it (he wanted to go home), but after having had driven there two times from the Vale of Glamorgan, I’ve just lost faith. I felt fobbed off. It had obviously been damaged during the change and unfortunately this error not admitted. I was still charged full price and the service wasn’t carried out satisfactorily and was incomplete.

One of the friendliest and most professional shops in Cardiff. They fixed my fully broken iPhone in less then an hour, and now the phone is back alive! Would highly recommend them.
