I’ve been going to ACE for a few years and have always had a very positive experience where the staff go out of their way to explain things in easy to understand language and in a friendly manner. Would recommend to anyone and wouldn’t go anywhere else

The people at the garage were so helpful and friendly. They fixed my gearbox no problem and did my MOT, explaining everything in detail and being patient with me. I will definitely be returning for another MOT and service. Overall great experience, highly recommend, thank you guys!!

Had my last 2 mot's at this garage and very happy with the service . Friendly staff and comfortable waiting room. Bit difficult to park your car outside sometimes and be careful where you park as traffic wardens always about. Elmers cafe round the corner to if your peckish while you wait, really nice breakfast 👍

Best garage I’ve been to by far. I’ve been bringing my car here for the last couple of years for its MOT, service and for a couple of issues I’ve had and couldn’t fault the service one bit. They never push for unnecessary work and are always knowledgeable and very friendly. Even now that I’ve moved out of cardiff I bring my car here for anything that needs doing.

Dropped in just before closing, for an emergency repair. Got a call after closing to tell me the outcome. Because I didn't have time to wait for the part to be ordered, they gave me some good advice to get me going and let me take it free of charge. Friendly and helpful. I'd be glad to have them as my local garage.

This garage is one of the most truthworthy and helpful garages I’ve ever been too! I called them last minute in the Christmas period and asked them to fix both of my car doors and slot me in for an MOT after being told no by loads of other garages. They fit me in the same day and managed to fix my car and complete my MOT within a few hours. They were so helpful and so lovely, they explained everything to me and the price was super reasonable. All the guys there were so polite and welcoming. Highly recommend!
