What can I say, customer service given by Matt today was second to non. New cartridge fitted and arm and cartridge re- calibrated on my turntable. Nothing was too much trouble. Many many thanks for all your effort it’s very much appreciated.

Brought my sound bar here to get repaired. First of all I wanna say all round friendly staff and top notch service and equipment. Met the technician peter who repaired my item. he knew exactly what to do and had it done in a week. Charged me a very cheap price I would have paid double for how grateful I am that people like him are still around.

I bought some speakers and cables here today. Great service from the guys, who had plenty of time for my (many) questions. The great thing is that they are experts in their field and suggested products that were better suited for my system (and cheaper) than what I had originally planned to buy. I also wanted to buy a new stylus but they told me that the one I had was perfectly fine for my turntable.. you can't beat that!
