I changed a lot of letting agencies during my time in Cardiff and Jupiter Property Services has been the best experience I had with renting a flat. Sam from Jupiter was always very helpful, the landlord was very kind and importantly whenever I had an issue with the flat they were always addressing it by sending the maintenance team asap. Also when I had to move out, all the procedure was very nice and clear and the guys assist me effectively and efficiently. Highly recommend this letting agency!

I rented with Jupiter for 2 years a while ago and they are helpful and maintenance issues were sorted when needed. My deposit was returned right away and they even helped me with proof of tenancy agreement from 6 years ago which I didn't think they would have a record of. Lifesaver would totally recommend!

I have rented a flat with Jupiter for three years. They have always been incredibly helpful and reasonable. Maintenance issues were almost always sorted out on the next day. Results of the move-out inspection were extremely reasonable. And the deposit was returned immediately on the day without any delay. They are the best letting agency out of four that I've used in Cardiff. Highly recommended.

Most untrusted property agents in Cardiff. They will just confuse you by giving many dates and finally tell you that "they don't have properties to rent or ask you for typical documents which you can't have". If you are an immigrant I will never recommend you this at all. How UK government is providing permissions to these kind of agencies....

I have been with 4 agencies in Cardiff and it's easy to say Jupiter have been the best so far. They are always personable and friendly. Issues were resolved, although one issue (spotted in the initial flat condition inspection) took too long to resolve, as soon as I reminded them that it hadn't been sorted it was resolved quickly and to a very high standard. The flat itself was very good quality and the staff have always been helpful and flexible to provide the best service they could. They are the first agency I'm leaving without anything negative to say and would have stayed with them in another property if circumstances had been suitable. I would happily sign with them again if circumstances allow in the future. Thank you Jupiter team, I will recommend you to anyone who asks in future.

Great letting agency. I found them through another one but wish I'd gone to them direct. Everything felt very easy to sort, which seems rare for letting agencies. The moving in and out was seamless and I have had no issues with anything since being with jupiter. The room I rented was nice and fairly priced. Best letting agency in Cardiff by a mile.

Best letting agents I've had during my 6 years in Cardiff. Lovely staff, extremely happy to help with anything if it pops up. Honest, reliable and extremely friendly. Property was in superb condition and Jupiter managed to find us something that suited us perfectly. Couldn't speak highly enough about them, would strongly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Cardiff.
