After being messed around by a number of unresponsive, and frankly evil, letting agents around Cardiff in the past, it was a pleasure to rent from these guys over the past two years. Ryan and Kam were super helpful and responsive all the way from viewing to check-out. Clearly by the other reviews, they're doing letting as a sustainable practice where the rental market tends to see students and young professionals as a cash-grab. Both myself and my partner never felt that way and I wish them the best going forward and to keep it up!

We been with this agency since it first started and we are so impressed with the team. Ryan and Kam are very communicative and understanding and have been able to sort out any problems we've had straight away. They have great communication with the landlords too so you won't find yourself repeating yourself all the time when you have a concern.
